Impregnating liquid

Wooden products in your garden are beautiful and give your garden a natural look, so you want to protect your wood as much as possible and one way to do this is with impregnating liquid. By treating your wood with this you protect the wood against mold, wood rot and pests. So do you have a wooden fence, a gazebo, a canopy or other wooden products in your garden? Applying impregnating liquid

So you can apply the impregnating agent with a brush or roller. It is best to do this on clean, dry wood. So be sure to remove sand and other debris from your wood before you start. The liquid is best absorbed when the wood is thoroughly dry, so don't apply the impregnating liquid immediately after a rainstorm. With a 750ml jar you can treat about 7.5m2 of wood.

Handle the impregnating liquid carefully and avoid direct contact with your eyes and skin. Detailed instructions and tips can be found on the jar itself.

Follow-up steps

After treating the wood with impregnating liquid it is wise to apply another layer of stain on top. The stain provides an additional layer of protection, so weather influences will not affect your garden wood. So your garden house or fence will look like new for a long time!
