Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, the delivery time is 5 to 15 business days. If you would like a specific delivery date, please indicate your preference in the order's comments section. Keep in mind a minimum delivery time of 5 working days. If we can not meet the delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

What is the delivery time of my order?

We deliver the order to the desired location within 15 business days. Some products have different delivery times and are clearly stated on the product page. Our delivery times are on business days only. Before delivery you will receive a message from us letting you know on which day your order will be delivered. In the high season the delivery time may change, we will clearly state this on the website.
After we have received your order, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date. To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we cannot accept personal requests regarding the day of delivery.

What time will my order be delivered?

When you have ordered fencing you will receive a track and trace from our carrier on the day of delivery with the expected delivery time. In this mail they indicate a time frame of 2 hours. In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we cannot specify a part of the day.

When you order a fence, you can contact us a day before delivery (preferably in the afternoon). We can then ask our carrier what time they expect to deliver the next day. Our carrier will call you half an hour before delivery takes place.

It is possible that our carrier sometimes does not meet the time slot due to traffic jams or other unexpected issues.

When will my order be delivered?

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating the delivery date. If you ordered a fence, you will receive a track and trace from our carrier.

How will my order be delivered to my home?

Our products are neatly packed and where necessary on a pallet, this eliminates the chance of damage. We have a regular home carrier that delivers your order to the desired location. Our experienced deliverers are very careful and will deliver the products neatly to your home. We advise you to check the package upon delivery, as soon as any damage is discovered we ask you to mention this on the delivery note.

I provided an incorrect delivery address, what should I do?

If the delivery address entered is not the correct address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will then change the order for you so that your order is delivered to the correct address.

The products cannot be unloaded where the fencing will be placed, is that a problem?

No, that's not a problem. We can bring or lift the products on a cart to the assembly site. About 10 meters or so we don't bother. However, if the distance increases and we cannot complete the project within a normal time frame, we will charge extra for this.

How much does delivery cost?
All product prices are displayed without including delivery charges. The delivery costs will be automatically calculated and shown in your shopping cart and during the checkout process.
