Description
Calisthenics is a physical sport that focuses on training using your own body weight as resistance. You do this with pushing, pulling, bending, jumping and swinging exercises. The goal is to increase muscle strength, muscle mass, mobility/flexibility and endurance. Well-known exercises include push-ups, pull-ups and burpees. This fitness machine is made of planed dried Douglas fir wood in the size 11×11 cm. The uprights are treated with postsaver to prevent rotting.
